Following the rules of diabetic can be boring. And some of people found that diabetic diet menu which advertises in the media is not work at all. Since diabetic patients have to face big limitation in food consumption.
Now, for the first discussion, it is important to know how to make your diabetic diet menu plan is correct. It is useless if your menu is satisfying your hunger need but not suitable with your sugar blood level.
#1 – Include Snack

But you should maintain the time between your meal and snack. It is better to have smaller gaps between them. Eating in regular interval can maintain your hunger level.

Concentrate on fruit; apple and varieties of citrus fruits like berries, plum, pears, peach, or guava will be great for your diabetic diet menu. Eat crab rich veggies like beans, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, celery, cucumber, onion, lettuce, mushroom, spinach, tomatoes or cauliflower. You can mix them into delicious recipes. Additional fiber will help digestion and improve health. Not all of the veggies and fruits you can accept. Water melon, broad beans, potatoes and parsnip should not include in your diabetic diet menu.
#3 – Give Lot of Attention to Carbohydrate
This diabetic diet menu should be fun, but your favorite food however should be avoided. They are cakes, biscuit, bun, muffin, pan cake, doughnut, and corn flake, cereal covered with sugar, dinner rolls and white bread.
Grain would be the central part of your diabetic diet menu. And try to avoid processed food and eat as much as possible whole grains. Spaghetti and brown rice can also be your option.
#4 Warning to Dessert and Delicious Fresh Drinks
All of us love cakes, ice cream and cookies. But however, you have to say goodbye to these delicious foods. It is quite difficult in the beginning, but you will see the big difference in your body after all. If you can do it totally, eat at once a week in the small portion rather than you have to eat it every day to satisfy your needs. And do not forget that it is better to drink water, fresh and natural fruit juice. If tea and coffee is difficult to remove, as tolerance, reduce the sugar with artificial sweetener.
#5 Non-fat Dairy Goods
Milk, yogurt and cheese can be affordable for diabetic patients. If you miss these flavors, choose the skimmed milk, non-fat yogurt and cheese which available in the market.
#6 Do not Afraid with All of Oils
Do not worry to use vegetables oil to cook your diabetic diet menu. Soybean oil, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil and sesame seed oil is rich in fatty acids omega 3, 6, and 9. Consume bread spreads, herrings, tuna, mackerel, salmon, seeds and nuts also fine for your menu.
