I am an eleven year old female who weighs, 122 pounds. I am five feet and 3 inches.
All I want to do is lose about thirty pounds before summer comes.
All advice will be tried.

Eat well and exercise. That’s really all there is to it. Get off the couch and stop watching TV. If you really want to watch TV, do it on an exercise bike or treadmill. Make sure you eat enough food though – you’re a growing girl and need plenty of vitamins and minerals to be healthy. I recommend a lot of fruits and vegetables – especially raw ones – they’ll keep you feeling full and will provide you with everything you need to be healthy.

Well, I am 15, but I am the same height as you and same exact weight! I personally am trying to lose weight too, but am not focused on a dead set number. I’d like to end up weighing between 110-115. But, 30 pounds is WAY too much to lose for you! That would put you at 92 pounds! That would be horribly skinny! Just focus on eating healthy and playing sports, walking, or jogging. Good luck! And you’re young, so don’t worry too much!
eat less and exercise more its simple. and ask your parents to make you some healthy meals instead of junk food.
