By eating things that are better for you, you can have many good things happen to your body. You will feel better and also look better when you take care of the weight.
Reason number five is family. Your family wants you to be around them and to be able to enjoy your company for as long as is possible. When you are not carrying the extra pounds, you are able to spend more quality time with the people that you care about the most. Being active and eating right is helpful to all the members of you inner circle, not just to you alone.
