Get That Lean Belly
Everybody sees that having a lot of excess fat on our bellies is not good. Not only is it accountable for the “muffin tops” all of us loathe so much, it puts real pressure on our bodies while adding to issues like heart disease, diabetes and more. There is a brand-new book, though, titled The Lean Belly Prescription that, according to the marketing, will help you lose your muffin top while simultaneously improving your health. This book has many reviews already and we wanted to find out if it was better than anything else that people are already buying so we decided to take a look.

The book is available through regular book selling shops like Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble and Borders. This is a great sign because it adds legitimacy to the project. This makes it a lot easier to trust as well because you won’t have to be worried about an affiliate inflating the review to make sure that you buy the book even if they know that the book won’t be helpful. This book was composed by Travis Stork. He is renowned from his time on “The Bachelor” reality program as well as his standard appearances on “The Doctors”, a syndicated daytime program. Obviously, though, he’s more than a television persona. He is a true medical doctor who works in an emergency room at a reputable hospital.
Dr. Stork uses the book to plug his Pick 3 to Lean program. The Pick 3 to Lean plan can help you customize your diet and lifestyle habits but isn’t going to require you to spend hours and hours working out a gym. The program provide you with the possibility to lose pounds without having to give up or refrain from indulging in the things you like the most like great food, free time, etc. The plan is focused on the N.E.A.T (or Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) theory. This theory states that it is possible to burn calories without having to work out.
From what we can tell, this book makes an awful lot of guarantees but doesn’t deliver any fresh or revelatory information. In fact, almost all of the information within this book can be found through a few simple Google searches and basic common sense. This will likely be a major frustration for the people who like to learn the reasoning behind the instructions that they are given and expected to adhere to. There is very little theory within the pages of this publication. It just presents readers a lot of instructions and plans and tells them to follow them. If you happen to be an individual who enjoys being given clear cut plans but doesn’t want to have to be concerned about the whys of what you are doing, this could be a good book for you.
Traditional logic tells us that the only way to really lose weight is to eat right and exercise. This book flies in the face of that reasoning, so we aren’t actually sure if it will work as well as it says it does. However, in this era, with a doctor’s blessing (your own physician, not the author of the book), nearly anything is worth at least a cursory glance!
