@slashnissan200sx its hard, when you gain muscles you also gain some fat, when you burn fat you also burn some muscles………. it all depends what your goals are, if you want to get “ripped” then do gym + alot cardio and low carbs diet, if you want to get bigger then do gym + less cardio and high carbs diet…. and be pacient.. sorry for any mistakes in my english :p

i always try to work out with no shirt on in my gym too but i always get told to put my shirt back on….maybe if i wasn’t fat they would let me do that?

Im trying to gain muscle weight. I got 12 % body fat. When I first got this scale I had about 15 percent body fat.( i think legitally because thats what my scale tells me), and I am 149 lbs. I gained about 7 lbs of muscle within this month. Goal 155 and 8 % body fat. Is that possible?
