@JodieRhiannon It’s because thinner people can do the full workout without getting winded. It fat people did an exercise video they would be barely moving and they’d need to rest every 2 minutes.

OMG, i doubted you! but i started in march i weighed 180 lbs now i eight 160!!
…….Well, You get half credit, because i started eating REALLY healthy, no fatty thins, all organic.
i did this but used water bottles since didnt have any weights!! XP but i also did star jumps and sit-ups and lost a couple grams but the next day i woke up with sore pains in my thighs and turns out i pulled a muscle in each leg and it is still sore so beware of what ya do cos i can hardly walk withouit pain shoting up my leg!!
