Thank you for your wonderful videos! I’m trying to lose 50-60 pounds, and I find your videos very motivating, and very helpful. I’m definitely going to try that pasta…I adore pasta, and am so happy that I *can* have it with the right portions and such
this was my first video i saw by you …EVER! yay!!!
i do the same reciepe but i add zucchni and squash soo yummy
You’re doing well! I’d suggest look to make your own pasta sauce and cut out the canned vegies as they will have higher sodium.
My rule when cooking it may be blan during preperation but i can always add salt and other herbs as i go.
you seem to really like mushrooms.. hehee
no lie, I’ve heard models use the brown bananas to help firm the bosoms, I knew someone that was into modeling and ti was a common practice, I notice don’t you use like whole wheat pasta, or any of the organic stuff? Also, I hear on the Food Net work all the time, they say use frozen veggies verses can, canned are loaded with sodium, Paula, Rachel, Giada, Barefoot Contessa, they all say use frozen if you can’t use fresh fruits and veggies. Your focused on calories, not nutrition

Yumm yay! Great salad there.
You’re welcome.
ok I made my own version of ur fruit salad.
i did 1/3 of a big fage total 0% (it’s this super thick creamy delicious greek style yogurt), .5 cup strawberries, .5 cup blueberries, .5 nectarine, .25 cup fiber one
it was soooooooooooooooooooooooo good and soooooooooooooooooooooo much
thanks shantii!!
lol yay
I keep it up to four days. Bananas will start to go brown and mushy, but they’re actually just fine. It can last about a week just fine, but it will look less appealing as time goes on
gaah you’re making me hungry XD im so gonna make the fruitsalad!!!
how long can the fruit salad last in the fridge? it looks so yummy but im scared that itll go bad
Yay!
Thanks for watching – I’m so happy you like the salad!
<3
I tried the fruit salad you made. Delicious my wife and I love it and it does make me full. Thanks for the support. Much love, keep it goin.
It totally depends on what size portions you’re used to eating, too
I eat several small meals instead of a few big ones, so I was absolutely full with just that.
And being a guy does factor in.
Maybe with being a guy its totally different and I could have more but even though having that small plate and salad my stomach would be a bit under full.
seen a couple of you’re videos and really great tips. I have been learning little by little on how the body works when losing weight but still could not see, only fragments from other people or from other sites over time, but you put it together. I have to say it all makes perfect sense to me now thank you so much
@Mr2crazybyong Also, kein Sauerkraut dabei, so geht das aber nicht!
aaahh! sauerkraut and pickles!!!!!!!!!!!! i miss that!!! i have to buy some tomorrow!! hehehe.. im german and i dont have them on my fridge, whats wrong with me! hehehe.. anyway, thanks for the great video!
@prophetchannel Great idea!
I sometimes eat a traditional Norwegian dish that is also very good if you have diarrhea. It consists of oatmeal and water. Instead of making porridge, use way more water, and let it simmer on a very low heat for a long time, like 20 minutes or something. It beomes a kind of soup. Traditionally, you put sugar and “saft” (a type of concentrated juice) in it, but it is healthier without. One cup has about 50-60 calories, mostly in complex carbs, protein and fiber. It also has vit. B1 and iron.
??? a banana consist of 1g protein by 100g, I guess you mixed it with carbs?
someone said that y should not eat carbs with proteins at the same meal .
is that ok? y think its crap
I drink diet fiery ginger beer whenever im craving soda, The brand I use per 330ml contains 1 calorie !, trace amounts of sugar !, 0% fat, 0% saturates and trace amounts of salt
. I dont drink loads of it as its carbonated and ruins the teeth but a can every other day through a straw is fine i should imagine.
@KRASIMIRpro I agree, I love pickles. I also like just snacking on some lettuce, it helps me
@KRASIMIRpro Sometimes the body is weaker than the mind. Carry on and you will get there!
@Evilcyber ya man bad day today i eat a lot of cheese
@KRASIMIRpro Yep, always pick what works for you!
MAN PICKLES ARE SUCH A GOOD IDEA AND I LIKE THEM TOO WATER SIMPLY DOESN’T`T DO THE JOB FOR ME YOU KNOW
@konohastylez Now aren’t my videos truly interactive?
LOL at sauerkrout… i was thinking he only says that coz hes german…and then he replies ïm not this because im german hahaha what a mind reader
bananas and pickles awesome, i have never heard of Hot Bouillon but ill try it

I would say Tee is the ultimate! Stops cravings dead in its tracks!
@huskybites Yep, sometimes simple things simply are best
Very nice Evilcyber, great ideas. keep them coming. im most fan of water and banana’s.
Thank you man! I needed this haha!
Dill pickles are ok, but you have to be sure that is no sugar within. Sugarfree pickles have only 9cal.
Good video Evil. I’m actually going to start adding a fiber supplement to my water to futher decrease my hunger.
Hans should have reminded you!
Great video EvilCyber! I cant believe I forgot about sourkraut! I should have mentioned that in that video where I was eating canned foods out of the trunk of my car. I will post my video as a response to yours so people can add your great ideas.
I love pickles and had no idea they werent ‘that bad’ on the list of things to satisfy a grumbling stomach. will deffo be using this knowledge from now on
Good ol’ water always does the trick however
