Question by : Does the “One Tip For ?
I don’t know if it’s true. It looks real. I trust in this rule but then don’t, because in the video it said there are some people who tried it and it did work, but then, there are people say it’s a scam because it is a really tricky lie, it makes you waste many dollars just on foods. Can someone tell me if it works or doesn’t? And please, can I get answers just from the ones who EXPERIENCED it?!

really, to get a flat belly, you should exercise 5 times a week. more cardio than weight training. some supplements can be used. but in the belly, its all in the kitchen. diet diet diet. and if your going to cheat on your diet, cheat in the mornings and stick to it at night for sure. carbs in the mornings rather than night.
