Question by Zeus_: which a single of this “” are far to drop weight or burn fat?
to jog for about 12-15 minutes, pause for 15 minutes then jog once more for 12-15 minutes
or to jog for 12-15 minutes, pause then walk for a half an hour.. or without the pause, just acquiring straight to walk soon after the jog ..
which 1 is better to some weight in some weeks ..

It’d be much better to walk as soon as you finish jogging. As long as you are moving, your body is functioning, therefore burning calories. Be sure to warm up 1st and do a cool down when you’re accomplished.

jogging pause jogging, or throw some running and sprinting in.

walking is useless in my opinion
